Instacart Growth
At Instacart, I was the lead copywriter for all paid marketing channels, encompassing both consumer and shopper audiences across social, print, and digital.
When I joined Instacart in 2019, we were a lean team of five and I was the only copywriter. Over the next few years, I facilitated the growth of our team and our marketing efforts through the soaring demand of the pandemic, launched Direct Mail marketing, executed numerous tests in paid social, Google UAC, affiliates, and lead ongoing partnerships with Purina, Klarna, and more.
During this time, I crafted all paid social copy which was credited with 16% of Instacart’s total growth in 2023. As well as increased consumer click through rate by 117% from 2021-2024 and bringing shopper engagement up by 54% in 2023.
Our growth and achievements over the past few years were monumental and I couldn’t be more proud of our team.
